KEY to FAT Loss - Part 1 of 20

Actively trying to lose body fat can generally 'push up' the pressure of 'being good' and making 'healthier choices'. Reports are showing that as soon as we set hard and fast rules to our eating regime... our cravings go up by 8%! This not only causes frustration early on to the owner of the urges but can create big obstacles at the beginning of the process. If you keep your blood sugar levels at a constant level throughout the day, you will not only begin to reduce the amount of cravings you have but eliminate them altogether. By not eating for a couple of hours, the body begins to crave food. More often than not the food the body 'craves' is all the wrong foods. These wrong choices begin a damaging cycle of blood sugar spiking, lowering and cravings. As blood sugar levels rise out of their 'safe' zone, the pancreas releases insulin to bring the blood sugar levels down, leaving the body craving for wrong foods all over again. SUCCESS KEY 1
